ey bungie can you fix the reverberation bug?

ever since it came out it isn't working on any weapons, grenade launchers, even rocket launchers, and especially on rocket sidearms where it's supposed to double your blast radius but it does absolutely nothing, it would be nice if you can fix whatever is causing it to not work, and maybe increase the duration to 7 seconds or something.
