PCP Recommendation

🎶 Guess who’s back? Back again? 🎶

Everyone was so helpful with the dentist recs that I’m trying again- this time for a PCP.

I’m looking for a female PCP whose office is organized enough that correct prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy in a timely manner. It would also be nice if they sent referrals/lab orders within a few days or so.

My current PCP & their staff frequently send incorrect prescriptions, forget to send prescriptions, send 30 days instead of 90 days (for maintenance meds & after telling me it would be 90), forget to send referrals, etc.

I’ve been a patient there over 10 years & this issue has been ongoing for the past 2-3 years. I understand people are busy & understaffed.

However, I’m tired of making 4-5 follow-up calls to ensure they do what they said they’d do during my appts.

Same as before: I don’t have a preference on which part of Central OH. I’m willing to drive a bit for a great PCP.
