New believer - recommendations?

I’m a new believer in the Catholic faith (and Christianity in general). I don’t have a local church and can’t be public about my faith yet due to personal and family reasons.

Since it’s Lent, I want to understand the rules better—Fridays are for abstaining from meat, but what about Sundays?

Also, any good YouTube channels or apps for learning about the Catholic faith as a beginner, or specifically about the Blessed Virgin Mary? Please, free resources, if you have any books.

For daily prayer, I know the Our Father and Rosary, but what other prayers would you recommend for a good routine, both during Lent and in general?
