Myair software issue
FYI: I'm new to cpap (five days in) and use the Resmed Autosense 11 with the Myair app. The first few nights of using the app were fine, but tonight it kept indicating that I must adjust the seal. After about 2 horribly frustrating hours of "failed" attempts to adjust my mask, I called the Resmed company in Autrailia, since it was past midnight in Chicago and today everything will be closed for a U.S. national holiday.
The Austrailian customer support guy told me they're having an issue with that on the app and have been trying to correct it for a while with no success.
He also told me how to check for mask fit on my actual device. The device itself said the mask fit is good (while the app still shows mistakenly that I need to adjust the fit). I'm so glad this model has that feature (mask-fit check)! Problem solved.
