WARN Act & Attorneys
Hey yall,
With the layoff coming with 30 minutes notice, I'm pretty sure it violates the WARN act requiring 60 days notice. There are some other requirements, but it is unclear to me if it applies. I have reached out to several attorneys, and will try to keep this thread up to date with what they say.
The severance agreement has a 14 day consideration period. I suggest you take that time to speak with an attorney as well.
