UC review - exceeded capital limit (posts in separate bits)

This is my first time posting here. I discovered this forum a few days ago, and it seems to be a really helpful and supportive community. Now I’ve plucked up the courage to post and would really appreciate some advice and support.

Apologies in advance for the length and detail of these posts. I hope it all makes sense!

For context, I’ve been a Universal Credit recipient since 2018. In 2021, I was assessed as having limited capability for work and work-related activity. I have two chronic lung conditions and another condition that affects my joints and skin. I also have depression and moderate-to-severe social anxiety.

Last week, I received a message on my journal that my claim is being reviewed, and I must upload a form of ID and submit four months' worth of bank statements. I had no idea what this was about, but after Googling online, I found a bit more info about it.
