What’s the best affordable beginner bass?

Ive been trying to learn new instruments now and then and decided to learn bass. Ive been looking at Donner DPB-510 since it seems like a good and affordable one. Is there a good affordable bass for beginners? I dont really have a genre I stick to, mostly to rock or indie.
