Can’t live my life

Hello folks, I hope everyone is doing fine. I feel like my right arm and right leg is smaller I mean like less toned. I don't know if it was always like this. I'm 27 year old married female. I know I should be living my best years but instead, I feel like I'm in hell constantly. Even though my emg is clean, I still fear of you know what disease. I have hyperreflexia, positive Hoffman's and I feel like my right side of body is weak.. I can't even make plans about my future cause it is so vague.
