What’s Something You’ve Let Go of That Brought You Peace?

As we grow and evolve, we start to realize that holding onto certain things whether it's toxic relationships, past mistakes, unrealistic expectations, or even habits we once thought were necessary can weigh us down more than we realise. Sometimes, the best thing we can do for ourselves is to let go.

For me, I’ve found that releasing the need to always be in control has been life changing. Accepting that I can’t control how people treat me, what they think, or how situations unfold has helped me feel lighter and more at peace. I’ve also let go of friendships that no longer felt reciprocal, and though it was tough, I now have more space for people who genuinely care.

What’s something you’ve let go of whether big or small that made a real difference in your happiness and well-being? How did it impact your life?
