Anyone remember the Tesco ‘1 in front’ policy and wonder why it’s never acknowledged that they now refuse to honour it?

It was a policy that basically meant Tesco would open a till if there was ever more than one person in front of you in the queue. Well I remember, and it makes me furious when shopping that they don’t do this, but never had an advert that ‘withdrew’ this policy. It’s just disingenuous. If you want to change your promise, then at least run an advert telling us you’re reneging on your service promise.

So, what other company policies have changed to the advantage of the corporation, but are never acknowledged, and it boils your piss?
