AITA for not saying excuse me?

Was at the airport and walked past a guy on the stairs and he got upset and yelled out “excuse you!?!” I just kept walking because I didn’t bump into him or anything and tbh I don’t feel like I did anything wrong unless I’m missing some kind of unspoken rule of politeness I haven’t been following.
