AIO for being uncomfortable over something my lunch server asked

Hi I 15(F) am in my junior year of high school (skipped 2 grades) and have always been rather “advanced” anyway today I was getting my lunch and my lunch checkout server had asked me if I was getting a breast reduction when I turned 18 obviously hearing this I was very shocked and chuckled uncomfortably trying to laugh it off but the boy behind me thought this was hilarious which made my uncomfy feeling more persistent. My lunch server was a women around her mid 60s maybe I’ve never actually talked to her so I feel like maybe this was an attempt at conversation however I just can’t shake the feeling that it was down right wrong and inappropriate of her to ask I had a couple friends tell me to go to a admin and other say just forget it and I’m torn of what to do so I came here.

Edit: thank you guys so much for all the support and suggestions I decided that I’m going to speak with my student services counselor and see if maybe they can just talk to her about boundary settings in the workplace. While I don’t believe she had any negative intentions it was still very inappropriate and I don’t want her to get fired just for her to understand what is and what is not allowed again thank you all so much

Edit 2: so update I reported her to the admin and did explain that my intention was to not get her fired and my admins did not care and fired her anyway. Anyway that’s pretty much all thank you all so much
