How hard is the PT

22 YR Female. 130 LBS 5"4 here.

Leaving for BMT this Tuesday! I'm a little worried. I thought I would have alot more time to work out. I've heard lots of people say that as long as you prioritize working out on your free time and take it seriously anyone could pass. I can barely do 1 pushup. I'm confident in my running, and situps over time but the push-ups I'm just terrified. I've heard someone say on here that a girl could do 1 push up when she got into BMT and passed with 36. How likely is this? I literally had 3 days to prepare before I ship out. I would consider myself in shape, but definitely haven't been woking out before hand. I've always been an active person and am used to standing 10 hours a day, walking/ jogging, ect. How screwed am I? Looking for comfort and realness. My friend in the Army told me they will break you down and build you up the way they want and not to be too worried about working out before. How true is this? Knowing I'm behind i will for sure be busting my ass to workout and improve. Will there be girls in my flight that are less prepared than me? More prepared for sure. Thank you!!

I'm super nervous about the PT. I just don't want to fall behind.
