Retail Therapy as a coping mechanism?
Does anyone else engage in over spending as a coping mechanism? Ordering things, waiting for things to get there, or browsing through a store finding great items gives me dopamine. In an ever worsening economy were I feel like I currently don't have enough funds to do save for something major all the smaller spending gives me something to look forward to. I do need to curb my spending, but it's proving difficult. It's hard to explain this to my husband. Is anyone else in the same boat?
