Any tips for PT at home?
I am 6-days post-op. I am/was a pretty active person but I even struggle with mentally getting up to do PT 3-4x a day. I created a tracker in google sheets to help me keep track but even that feels daunting.
I am back at work (WFH), two kids, etc. so it feels so daunting at times. Anyone have any tips that work for them?
