10 Days post-op and need advise

Hi everyone, 10 days post op here my doctor said it would be at least 4 more weeks until I can walk on my right leg (Torn ACL, medial meniscus tear) is this time frame normal? I really like sports and I’m a very active person and this has all been very negatively impactful to me. Will I ever get back to normal? Have that explosiveness and be able to jump without any pain? I just want to get back to normal as soon as possible and it feels like that’s very very far from happening
