Can someone help me understand why my face is doing this?

It was never like this until about 4 years ago and it seems to be getting worse. My sister and mom try and tell me I’m delusional but this is a pretty big difference between the 2 sides on my face. It’s like one side is snatched and the other side looks lopsided and like a rock is in there or something. It’s really annoying
