Blackhead or something else?

Anyone know what this is and how to treat? I have sensitive acne prone skin - most likely hormonal because of other conditions. The one in this cicle looked like a blackhead first but not sure anymore. You can't see it in the picture but it’s a small bump. Paula’s choice 2% BHA does not seem to do anything much to my skin.
